What is a renewed device?

Renewed products are reconditioned items no longer sold in regular retail stores. These include discounted or end-of-line items, products with damaged packaging (sometimes replaced with new packaging), and surplus stock.

The manufacturer may or may not have removed the serial number to void the original warranty, but this does not impact the product’s functionality or performance. To provide assurance, we offer a 1-year warranty with new, excellent and fair condition products, while 6 months with As-Is condition products.
