Return and Refund Policy
- The original invoice is necessary in order to take advantage of return, exchange, and warranty services.
- All purchases are returnable and exchangeable except brand new products or unless a manufacturing problem is discovered.
- The product should be in its original packaging.
- Within 15 days after the purchase date return options is available except brand new products.
- Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted.
- Returns due to a change of mind will incur a 25% deduction for both renewed and refurbished.
- Returns are not accepted for brand new products.
- Approved refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Note that your bank's processing time may vary. Contact us if it exceeds 7 business days.
- The TV will be sent with all accessories and the original box. If it has a protector, is in mint condition, and the customer requests a refund after the return period, then 25% of the amount will be deducted from the order.
- Please note that the TV needs to be in its original condition. If any changes, disruptions, damages, scratches, or body damage occur, no refund will be initiated.
