  • For large items, such as TVs or appliances, ensure the product is inspected before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Shams Al Sahil is not responsible for damage claims made after the delivery receipt is signed.

Shams Al Sahil may choose the delivery method for your order. If you refuse or do not accept the delivery, you will be responsible for the associated delivery charges.

 

8. Installation Policy

Customers are fully responsible for wall mount installations. This includes ensuring the wall can support the weight and being aware of any hidden electrical, plumbing, or other connections that could be damaged during drilling.

Installation uses only the wall bracket supplied by the Shams Al Sahil technician. If you decide to use another bracket, it will be at your own risk. Shams Al Sahil will not be liable for any accidental damage that occurs during installation.
