Refund policy

Our Return and Refund Policy ensures customer satisfaction.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for defective products, items not as described, or products damaged during shipping.

• The original invoice is necessary for return, exchange, and warranty services.
• The product return should be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Returns that are sent back without the original box, with removed stickers, or showing any other changes may incur a 25% restocking fee, or a refund may not be issued, depending on the nature of the return.
• Returns due to a change of mind will only be accepted if there is a genuine reason and the product is in its original condition as delivered.
• Approved refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Note that your bank’s processing time may vary. Contact us if it exceeds 7 business days.

Shipping charges will apply for returns due to a change of mind or if you simply don’t like the product, as long as it is returned in its original condition.
