We offer delivery services across the UAE. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Premium order will be delivered within 24 Hours Except Sunday or Public Holidays.

• Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
• For large items, such as TVs or appliances, ensure the product is inspected before signing the delivery receipt.
• Shams Al Sahil is not responsible for damage claims made after the delivery receipt is signed.

Shams Al Sahil can use any method they believe is best to deliver your order. If you refuse or do not accept the delivery, you will be responsible for the associated delivery charges.
